Setting up GaroxTV takes four things and no technician. The login details you get after ordering your GaroxTV subscription has the most important one; get these four ready:
- Your GaroxTV login details: your login details (server URL, username and password, plus an M3U link), sent by WhatsApp or email once payment is through (if you asked for email, check your spam or junk folder)
- A compatible device: Samsung, LG, Sony and Philips Smart TVs, Amazon Fire TV Stick and Fire TV Cube, Android TV boxes, phones and tablets, iPhone, iPad, Apple TV and Mac, Windows PCs and laptops or MAG boxes and STB Emulator
- A stable internet connection: on a TV, Ethernet or a strong Wi-Fi signal is steadier
- An IPTV player app such as IPTV Smarters Pro, IBO Player, XCIPTV, Smarters Player Lite, GSE Smart IPTV or VLC
How does IPTV work?
IPTV brings TV over your internet connection, with no cable box or satellite dish. The ITU defines it as "multimedia services such as television/video/audio/text/graphics/data delivered over IP-based networks". GaroxTV provides the channels, movies and series; your app displays them. No app provides content on its own: you need a GaroxTV subscription.

Install safely: GaroxTV tips
- Install apps from your device's official app store (Google Play, the App Store, your TV's store) or the app developer's official website. On a Fire TV Stick, ask the team for the current download link instead of trusting a code posted online.
- No player app provides content on its own: the channels come from your GaroxTV subscription.
- Never post your M3U link, your password or your device's MAC address in a public message or a screenshot.
- Some player apps are paid or have paid features; their makers set the price, not the IPTV service.
GaroxTV on a Smart TV (Samsung, LG, Sony)
On a Smart TV you install an IPTV app from the TV's own app store; the team then activates your GaroxTV subscription remotely from the app's MAC address.
- Open your TV's app store and search for IBO Player, IPTV Smarters or Smart IPTV.
- Install the app and open it: it shows a MAC address on the screen (for example A1:B2:C3:D4:E5:F6).
- Send that MAC address to the team on WhatsApp.
- The team activates your subscription remotely; restart the app and the channel list loads.
No Smart TV? A Fire TV Stick or an Android box plugged into the HDMI port works too.

On an Amazon Fire TV Stick, GaroxTV's guide uses IPTV Smarters Pro or XCIPTV, installed through the Downloader app, then an Xtream Codes login.

The picture buffers or freezes
As general IPTV advice: a wired Ethernet connection or a stronger Wi-Fi signal helps, and so does pausing other downloads and streams on the same line. Restarting the app clears many stalls; if one channel keeps stuttering, tell the team on WhatsApp which one and when.
You can't find your login details
They come by WhatsApp or email once payment is through: check the WhatsApp chat and, if you asked for email, your spam folder. Still missing? The team resends them in the same chat.
"Invalid login" in an Xtream Codes app
Enter the server URL, your username and your password exactly as sent: a space slipped in before or after a field during copy-paste is the usual cause.
A Smart TV app shows no channels
The subscription is activated from the MAC address the app shows. Check you sent the address on screen, character for character, then restart the app once the team confirms.
Watching on another screen
